While online shopping is really convenient, we realize that sometimes things may not fit as we had hoped. Therefore, we offer exchanges or store credit on full priced items within 10 business days. To start an exchange, please email us at email@example.com, with reason and item you hope to exchange. We will do our best to get you what you need.
In the unlikely event you should receive something that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem straight away.
We do not offer refunds, and all Sale items are Final Sale. Should you be "on the fence" about an item that is not returnable, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can be help you with that decision. We don't want you to ever feel stuck with an item you can't wear/use.
We really want you to love your purchase. If there's something wrong, let's work together to make it right! Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Below is the usual jargon:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
To complete your return, we require your order number, reason for return, and item desired for exchange. Let us know what you'd like as soon as possible, so we can pull that item for you. Once we receive your return, we will send out the new item.
You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Make sure you use a carrier that has traceability as well as insurance. A good, low cost option is USPS Priority or First Class. You can also use UPS or Fedex.
We will send replacement at no cost to you. Once we send your new item, we will send you an email with the tracking number and Carrier.
Please do not "refuse" shipment as a means of returning goods to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or Site Credit will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
